Calcium 400mg with Vitamins A & D

Calcium is needed to develop and maintain healthy bones and teeth. It is also essential for cellular growth, blood clotting, nerve impulses and muscular functions.

Vitamin D, often called the sunlight vitamin, is produced in the body in response to sunlight. This vitamin is essential for the body's proper absorption and utilisation of calcium. In combination with calcium, Vitamin D also helps with the absorption of potassium and phosphorus, which again helps to maintain healthy bones and teeth.
