VAT No: 787 3606 86 Shipping & Handling Deliveries to the United Kingdom: HealthSense Nutrition Ltd. classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales. All items are despatched by either 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail, depending on your preference. Delivery is free of charge on all U.K. orders over the value of £10 (delivered by 2nd class Royal Mail). For all U.K. orders under the value of £10.00 we charge a small delivery fee of £1.95 Should you choose delivery by 1st class Royal Mail, we charge a postage and packing fee of £2.95 for orders under the value of £20.00. Orders of over £20.00 have the option to be delivered free by 1st class Royal Mail. International Deliveries: HealthSense-Vitamins.co.uk is pleased to accept international orders. International Delivery Charges: Delivery is free on international orders over the value of £50.00 International orders under the value of £50.00 to addresses located within the E.U. are subject to a £5.95 postage and packaging fee. International orders under the value of £50.00 to addresses located outside the E.U. are subject to a £9.95 postage and packaging fee. Please be aware that HealthSense Nutrition Ltd. is a UK based company and as such, orders to be delivered to non UK or EU addresses may be subject to import restrictions or additional import duties/taxes. We would suggest that residents who live outside the UK or EU should first clarify any specific import laws that relate to their particular country. HealthSense Nutrition Ltd. will not be held responsible for any import restrictions or duties levied by countries outside of the United Kingdom or European Union. Delivery Times We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of credit card authorization. Orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday are typically despatched the same working day. All orders are despatched by either 1st class or 2nd class Royal Mail (depending on your preference). As with our UK orders, all international orders are usually despatched within 1 working day and are typically with you in less than two weeks. Making A Purchase Making a purchase on the HealthSense-Vitamins.co.uk website couldn't be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron & Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: 1.) The product ordered being unavailable from stock.

If there are any problems with your order or in cases where orders are refused, we will contact you, usually on the same working day (but no later than 24 hours) notifying you of the problem. In circumstances where orders cannot be processed, a full and immediate refund will be issued after we have contacted you. Product Information: We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our prices include VAT where applicable, charged at the UK rate (Currently 17.5%). Deliveries to the United Kingdom and E.U. are subject to VAT. Deliveries to addresses outside of the E.U. are not subject to VAT. On products subject to VAT, this amount will be deducted from your order total at the time of checkout. Payment Security All credit card transactions made on the HealthSense-Vitamins.co.uk website are processed using the highest levels of security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. In addition, we do not hold your credit card details on file after the completion of the transaction. Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. In addition to the above statutory rights, we are happy to unconditionally refund or exchange any item returned to us within 30 days. To ensure your total confidence, this unconditional guarantee applies to both opened and unopened products. You have the right to return either part or all of your order, and the appropriate refund will be credited to the same card that you used to pay for the goods. In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong item(s), we will cover all your return postage and packaging costs (to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class). Unfortunately, your return postage costs cannot be reimbursed in cases where items are unwanted. We would strongly suggest obtaining proof of postage on any item you wish to return, as otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post. Out of Stock Items In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we do our best to inform you on the same working day as you place your order - but no later than the following working day. In such instances, we will be able to tell you immediately when the item will be available and you will always have the option to cancel. If the out of stock item is part of a multiple purchase, we will again notify you before despatching your order. In such circumstances, you will have the following options: 1.) Cancel the entire order.
2.) Cancel the out of stock item. We will then despatch the remainder of your order and refund your credit/debit card with the full amount of the out of stock item(s).
3.) Wait for the out of stock item. We will immediately despatch the rest of your order. Once we receive the out of stock item(s) they will be despatched immediately to you at no extra cost. You have the right to cancel any part of your order at any time prior to despatch.
